Terms of Service

Quick heads up before the legal-sounding part: I’m not a lawyer, and this page isn’t meant to replace one. It’s just a plain explanation of what using this site means for both of us. If you’re using riichimirza.com, reading the blog, or running one of the free tools, these terms apply to you.

Using the Site

You’re welcome to browse, read, and use whatever’s here as long as it’s for personal or business research, not for republishing my content as your own, reselling it, or scraping the site to build something competing with it. If you want to quote something from the blog, a short excerpt with a link back is fine, and honestly appreciated.

The Free Tools

I built these to actually help, not as a trap to collect leads or push a sale. Use them as much as you want. What I ask in return is pretty basic: don’t run automated scripts against them to hammer the servers, don’t try to reverse-engineer them to rebuild your own competing version, and don’t use them for anything illegal on your end, like generating schema markup for a site that’s deliberately misleading people.

One thing worth being upfront about: the tools give you a starting point, not a guarantee. A schema generator can build technically correct markup, but it can’t guarantee Google shows a rich result for it. A keyword tool can estimate difficulty, but rankings depend on a hundred things outside anyone’s control. Treat the outputs as a solid head start, not a promise.

Blog Content and Advice

Everything I write comes from real client work and my own testing, not guesswork. That said, SEO and AI search change constantly, so something accurate today might be outdated in six months. I’ll do my best to keep older posts updated, but I can’t promise every article reflects the current state of every algorithm at every moment you’re reading it.

Nothing on this site is a guarantee of results. If you follow advice from a blog post and your rankings don’t move the way you hoped, that’s between you and the search engines, not something I can be held responsible for. This applies to services too: results from working with me depend on a lot of factors specific to your business, and any numbers discussed in case studies or testimonials reflect what happened for that specific client, not a promise of what’ll happen for you.

My Content, My Rights

The articles, tool designs, graphics, and general site content are mine. You’re free to link to it, share it, or reference it with credit. You’re not free to copy full articles onto another site, repackage the tools as your own product, or use my name or brand in a way that implies I endorsed something I haven’t seen.

Links to Other Sites

Some posts link out to other tools, resources, or companies I mention or compare (Ahrefs, SEMrush, that sort of thing). I don’t control those sites and can’t vouch for what happens once you leave mine. If a link breaks or a company changes its product after I’ve written about it, that’s outside my hands, though I do try to keep comparison articles updated when I notice something’s changed.

Liability, the Honest Version

I’ll do my best to keep the site running smoothly, the tools working, and the content accurate. But things break sometimes, servers go down, a third-party API I rely on for a tool changes its terms, a plugin update causes a hiccup. I’m not liable for losses that come from the site being temporarily unavailable, a tool giving an unexpected result, or advice not working out the way you expected.

Changes to These Terms

If something meaningful changes, a new tool with different usage rules, a shift in how the blog operates, I’ll update this page and move the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that just means you’ve seen the update.
